Talking Together - discoveries for better health

Talking Together - discoveries for better health

The MRC Toxicology Unit at University of Cambridge ran a 6 week series of telephone discussions in collaboration with a local community group. Each week one of their researchers shared more about their research area before facilitating a discussion with the community members and answering any questions that they had on the topic.

The content ranged from genomic imprinting to how we make chemotherapy more effective. Our job was to capture each telephone discussion in a mini mural.

Woven Ink created a beautiful mural for us from a slightly different event series we were involved with. The event consisted of telephone discussions between researchers and members of the public and we wanted a way to capture that in a visual way. The team at Woven Ink made that idea a reality for us with ease and confidence, producing a final piece that we have received lots of positive feedback about from our researchers to community partners and more
